Requirement review
We capture the product or botanical identity, supplied form, grade or test requirements, order quantity, destination, timing and acceptable alternatives. Missing decisions are flagged before pricing.
Source and sample coordination
Where sampling is practical, the sample brief records the same critical fields intended for the commercial lot. A sample is a reference for evaluation and does not replace lot-specific inspection or test documents.
Quality and packing plan
The quotation can reference agreed dimensions, visual condition, moisture or assay requirements, inner and outer packing, labels and evidence needed before dispatch.
Export coordination
Shipment mode, Incoterm, document responsibilities and handover points are confirmed in writing. Import permits, local registrations, duties and clearance remain the importer’s responsibility unless the contract states otherwise.
