Shipment plan
The accepted order states the shipment mode, named place, indicative schedule, carrier basis, packing, chargeable quantity and parties responsible for booking, insurance, clearance and final delivery.
Dispatch timing
Lead times begin only after required payment, specification approval, documents and buyer inputs are complete. Perishable availability, inspection, carrier space, weather and authority action may affect dispatch.
Tracking and documents
Available transport references and contracted documents are shared through the agreed channel. Tracking events are carrier data and may update after physical handover.
Customs and destination delivery
The importer manages current permits, duties, taxes, broker instructions, inspections and local receiving unless the accepted Incoterm or contract assigns a task differently.
Delay or disruption
The parties should communicate promptly, protect the product where possible and follow the accepted contract. No universal transit-time or arrival-condition guarantee is created by this policy.
