Cancellation and refund policy

Perishable, seasonal and made-to-order goods require order-specific cancellation and claims terms. The accepted quotation or contract controls where it differs from this general policy.

01

Before order acceptance

A buyer may withdraw an enquiry before acceptance without creating a purchase obligation, but separately agreed sample, laboratory or courier charges remain payable.

02

After acceptance

Cancellation requires written agreement. Confirmed sourcing, harvest, processing, packing, certificates, testing, freight, banking and other committed third-party costs may be non-refundable.

03

Quality concerns

Notify concerns within the accepted window and provide the shipment reference, labels, unopened-pack evidence, representative product photographs, quantities affected and storage or temperature records where relevant.

04

Assessment and mitigation

The parties should preserve evidence and take reasonable steps to limit loss. Natural variation, approved tolerances, importer delays, incorrect storage or events outside the agreed responsibility are assessed under the contract.

05

Remedies

Any replacement, credit, partial refund or other remedy follows investigation and the accepted terms. A refund is not automatic merely because a perishable product changed after risk transferred.
