Compliance evidence should match the company, product and shipment

Registration, certification and test documents do different jobs. This page explains the evidence buyers may request and the checks applied before a claim is published or attached to an order.

01

Company and exporter records

The relevant legal name should match the quotation, invoice, bank beneficiary and export records. IEC, GST, corporate and APEDA or RCMC details are published only after the original record, validity and public-display permission are reviewed.

02

Shipment certificates

A certificate of origin or phytosanitary certificate applies to a specific consignment and does not certify every future shipment. Additional declarations or treatment records depend on current destination rules.

03

Product and lot documents

Specifications, certificates of analysis and laboratory reports should name the product or botanical, lot, method, result, laboratory and date. A sample report is identified as a sample and not presented as the commercial lot result.

04

Organic requests

“Organic” is accepted as a buyer requirement, not assumed as a standing product claim. Confirm the certified operator, accredited certification scope, product, validity and transaction documentation for the proposed lot.

05

Public verification status

No APEDA, IEC, ISO, organic or other certificate number is asserted on this development site. Verified identifiers can be added to the evidence register after source-document review.
