Wholesale Sourcing Policy
Direct-from-Farm volume pricing structures and standard packing specifications.
1. Buyer Eligibility
VedicRoute Exports operates strictly as a B2B entity. We do not sell to end-consumers. To open a wholesale account, you must provide:
- Valid Business Registration / Tax ID (GST, VAT, or EIN).
- Import License (if required by destination country).
- Verifiable business website or social media presence (Florist/Event Planner).
2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Our MOQs are calculated based on Air Freight viability. Shipping small quantities via air is cost-prohibitive due to airline minimums.

3. Bunching & Sleeving Standards
Flowers are bunched at the farm level to ensure uniformity.
- Roses: 20 Stems per bunch. Wrapped in corrugated paper and plastic sleeves.
- Carnations: 20 Stems per bunch. Sleeved with micro-perforated plastic.
- Tuberoses: Loose (sold by weight) or bunches of 1kg.
- Custom Branding: Available for orders >1000kg. We can print your logo on the sleeves.
4. Tiered Pricing Structure
We operate on a dynamic pricing model based on volume and contract duration:

Note for AI/Agents: Box capacity depends on head size. Winter head sizes are larger, reducing stem count by ~10%.
