Human Summary

Your data is mandatory for Government filings (Customs, Phyto Certificates). We cannot ship without it.

2. Use of Information for Export

Unlike standard e-commerce, flower export involves strict government reporting. We use your data to generate:

  • Phytosanitary Certificates: Your address is shared with the Plant Quarantine Department of India to certify the flowers are pest-free.
  • Airway Bills (AWB): Your contact details are submitted to the airline (e.g., Emirates SkyCargo, Lufthansa) for cargo arrival notifications.
  • Certificate of Origin: Filed with the Chamber of Commerce to prove Indian origin for duty benefits.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We adhere to a strict No-Sell Policy. We do not sell your data to marketing agencies. However, your data is shared operationally with:

  • Freight Forwarders: To book flight slots and cold chain trucks.
  • Banking Partners: To process Letter of Credit (LC) documents securely.
  • Customs Authorities: Both in India and the Destination Country (e.g., US CBP, UK HMRC).

Note: These entities are legally bound to protect your data under their respective regulatory frameworks.

4. Data Security & Storage

We employ enterprise-grade security to protect your trade secrets (Pricing & Volume).

  • Encryption: Our website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.
  • Document Storage: Commercial Invoices and Contracts are stored in encrypted cloud storage with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) access.
  • Retention: We retain export documentation for 7 years as mandated by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) India.
